(1) CO2(g)+H2O(l)⟶H2CO3(aq)
(2) Li2O(s)+H2O(l)⟶2LiOH(aq)
(3) H2SO4(aq)+2KOH(aq)⟶2H2O(l)+K2SO4(aq)
(4) 2HCl(aq)+Ca(s)⟶CaCl2(s)+H2(g)
(5) 2HNO3(aq)+CaO(s)⟶Ca(NO3)2(aq)+H2O(l)
In the above reaction,
(1) Carbon dioxide react with water to produce H2CO3.
(2) Lithium oxide react with water Lithium hydroxide.
(3) Sulphuric acid react with potassium hydroxide to form potassium sulphate.
(4) Calcium react with hydrochloric acid to form calcium chloride and hydrogen gas.
(5) Nitric acid react with CaO to form calcium nitrate and water.
