Mention the function of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system with respect to the pupil of eye.

The pupillary response is controlled by both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. While sympathetic nervous system stimulates the dilation of the pupil (widening of the pupil) of the eye and parasympathetic nervous system constricts the pupil of the eye by controlling the circular muscles in the eye.
