Only a small percentage of water on Earth is available for use. Therefore, water should be used judiciously and it should be conserved.

Ways of conserving water:

• We should practice rainwater harvesting in order to conserve water.
• The rainwater that falls on the ground should be collected and used for cleaning purposes.
• We can use this water for cleaning utensils and washing clothes. In this way, we will be able to conserve a lot of water.
• We should make sure that no taps are leaking.
• We should keep the taps closed when not in use.
• We should use bucket water instead of showers to save water. Is because when we take a shower, we tend to waste a lot of water.
