Two inherent characteristics of Amoeba and yeast that enable them to reproduce asexually are the following:-
● Unicellular organisation, i.e., single-celled organism: Both of them have a simple body structure which favours asexual reproduction.
● No gamete formation and fusion of gametes because the reproduction is done by a single parent. Both the organisms, through the process of mitosis can produce a large number of progeny without any complex process.
