Meritnation Experts,we have studied that there are 2 types of nephrons-cortical nephrons and Juxta medullary nephrons.It is given that there is no vasa recta in cortical nephrons.So how does countercurrent mechanism occur there?

In cortical nephrons, loops of Henle are present. Countercurrent mechanism occurs in loop of Henle of cortical nephron.
