The correct option is C ferromagnets
Ferromagnets are types of metals which can be easily magnetised and can be turned into permanent magnets. These are not magnets inherently but they can be turned into magnets. Eg: Iron, Cobalt, Nickel etc.
Diamagnets can not be magnetised at all, paramagnets can be magnetised weakly and they tend to lose their magnetism after a while. Electromagntets are formed using soft iron core which is a ferromagnetic material but in soft iron, the domains return to being randomly aligned when the field is removed therefore electromagnets are not permanent magnets.
