Mira walks around the boundary of rectangular parks $5$ times means we need to find perimeter and $5$ times of perimeter gives distance covered by Mira.

Then perimeter of rectangular park $=2(L+B)$

$$\begin{gathered} =2(140+90)m \\ =2\times 230m \\ =460m \end{gathered}$$

Now distance cover by Mira in $5$ round $=460m\times 5$

$$\begin{gathered} =2300m \\ =2.3km(Since1km=1000m) \end{gathered}$$

Hence distance covered by Mira $=2.3km$
