Solution

Dear student

During mitotic anaphase chromosomes divide at the point of centomere thereby two sister chromatids are formed while during mitotic metaphase there is further contraction due to which the chromosomes becomes maximally distinct. Thus we can say mitosis anaphase differ from metaphase in possessing same number of chromosomes and half number of chromatids.
