Solution
The correct option is ACoQ,Cytc The Electron Transport Chain (ETC) operating in the mitochondrial membrane has four protein complexes and two mobile carriers of electrons. These are CoQ (coenzyme-Q) also known as Uniquinone and the cytochrome-C (Cyt C). CoQ is an organic molecule. The CoQ receives the electrons from the Complex-I and the Complex-II and it passes the electrons to the Complex-III. The Co-Q does not leave the inner membrane of the mitochondria because it is hydrophobic. Another mobile electron carrier called Cytochrome-C operates between the Complex-III and Complex-IV. It is located on the outer side of the inner membrane.
