Let Mohan Salary be = $x$
After spending $15\%$ of Salary he has = $\frac{85}{100}x$
After spending $30\%$ of Remaining he has
= $\frac{70}{100}\times \frac{80}{100}xi.e.\frac{70}{100}\times \frac{85}{100}x=2380$
$x=\frac{2380\times 100\times 100}{70\times 85}=Rs4000$
