Solution

Let theb mass of Na2CO3 and K2CO3 in mixture be a and b g respectively.
a+b=1...(i)
For the given reaction :
Meq. of Na2CO3+ Meq. of K2CO3 = Meq. of HCl = Meq. of AgNO3
a1062×1000+b1382×1000=20×N×2505 =16.24×0.1×(25025)...(ii)
NHCl=0.0812orMHCl=0.0812 ( mono basic acid)
Also, strength of HCl =0.0812×36.5glitre1 = 2.9638glitre1
Also, by Eqs. (i) and (ii) : a = 0.4 g; b = 0.6 g ; K2CO3 in mixture = 60
So, answer is 8.
