Mr. Bose gave 2/3 of his money to his wife. His wife gave 3/4 of her money to her daughter. 2/3 of her daughter's money was stolen and she was left with ruppees 30000. How much money did Mr Bose had?

Let the boss's total money be x.

As per the question,

He gave his wife = 2/3 of x = 2x/3.
His wife gave to her daughter=3/4 of 2x/3.
=3/4*2x/3.
=x/2.
Money stolen= 2/3 of x/2.
=2/3*x/2.
=x/3.

Money left=x/2-x/3.
=x/6.
Also money left=30,000.
So, x/6=30000.
=>x=30000×6.
=>x=1,80,000Rs.

Mr.boss had 180000Rs.
