(ii) The right to choose is violated. This right to be assured wherever possible access to a variety of goods and services at competitive prices.

(iii) Mr. Jindal is a responsible consumer since he took a cash memo for the olive oil he'd purchased from Fimble Departmental Store, but he was not alert and aware about the fault sticker.

(iv) He can seek redressal against that faulty sticker and recover his extra money from the store using the cash memo and the faulty sticker at the store.
