Let Mr.Mehra has money $= 1$
Money given to his son $= \frac{1}{3}$
and money given to his daughter $= \frac{1}{5}$
$∴$ Remaining money given to his wife $= 1 - (\frac{1}{3} + \frac{1}{5})$
$= 1 - \frac{5 + 3}{15}$
$= \frac{15 - 8}{15} = \frac{7}{15}$
$∴ \frac{7}{15}$ of his money $=$ Rs. $91, 000$
$∴$ Total money $=$ Rs. $\frac{91, 000 \times 15}{7}$
$=$ Rs. $13, 000 \times 15 =$ Rs. $1, 95, 000$
