To find the number of years he worked

Retirement Year - The age he jot the job

60-24=36

Hence, the number of years he worked is 36

To find the fraction of his age till retirement was he in the job

We know that Fraction=PartWhole

Where the number of years he worked is 36(Part)

The number of years for retirement is 60(Whole)

Fraction=3660=610=35

Hence, the fraction of his age till retirement was he in the job is 35years
