Income of Mrs. Sahai's $=Rs.10500$

a) Ratio of Mr. Sahai's income to his wife's income $=16800:10500$

$=\frac{16800}{10500}$

$=\frac{168}{105}$

$=\frac{168÷21}{105÷21}$ [$\because$ HCF of $168$ and $105$ is $21$]

$=\frac{8}{5}$

$=8:5$

b) Mrs. Sahai's income to his husband's income $=10500:16800$

$=5:8$ [Opposite ratio of the above question]

c) Mr. Sahai's income to the total income of the two $=16800:(16800+10500)$

$=\frac{16800}{27300}$

$=\frac{168÷21}{273÷21}$ [$\because$ HCF of $168$ and $273$ is $21.$]

$=\frac{8}{13}$

$=8:13$
