Open in App
Solution

Let the whole cake be 1

The amount of cake ate by Mr.Sai is 29

The amount of cake ate by Mr.Singh is 49

The amount of cake left over =The whole cake-(The amount of cake ate by Mr.Singh +The amount of cake ate by Mr.Sai)

=1-49+29=1-4+29=1-69=9-69=39=13

Hence, the fraction of the chocolate cake left over is 39or 13
