Mr. X started a business investing Rs.25,000 in 1996.In 1997 he invested an additional amount of Rs. 10,000 and Mr. Y joined him with an amount of Rs.35,000.In 1998 , Mr.X invested another additional amount of Rs.10,000 and Mr. Z joined them with an amount of Rs. 35,000 .Find the share of Mr. Y in the profit of Rs. 1,50,000 earned at the end of 3 years from the start of the business in 1996?

Mr. x: Mr. y: Mr. z
=[(25000×3)+(10,000×2)+(10,000×1)]:(35000×2):(35,000)×1
=1,05000:70,000:35000
=105:70:35=3:2:1
Mr.y's share =26×1,50,000=Rs. 50,000.
