Radius of circular track = r = 14 m
Perimeter of circular track,
$C = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 = 88 m$
Mukesh takes 20 rounds of the track.
Total distance covered $= 20 \times 88 m = 1760 m$
According to question,
Time taken by Mukesh to walk 4 km = 1 hr (60 min)

Time taken by Mukesh to walk 1 m $= \frac{60 m i n}{400 m}$

Time taken by Mukesh to walk 1760 m $= \frac{60}{4000} \times 1760 = 26.4 m i n$
