Given binomials are $(3 x + 2 y)$ and $(7 x - 8 y)$

On multiplying the binomials, we get:
$(3 x + 2 y) (7 x - 8)$
$= 3 x (7 x - 8) + 2 y (7 x - 8)$
$= 21 x^{2} - 24 x y + 14 x y - 16 y^{2}$
$= 21 x^{2} - 10 x y - 16 y^{2}$

Hence, $(3 x + 2 y) \times (7 x - 8 y) = 21 x^{2} - 10 x y - 16 y^{2}$ .
