$(8 x^{2} - 13 - 5) \times (x^{2} - 3 x + 10)$
$\Rightarrow 8 x^{4} - 24 x^{3} + 80 x^{2} - 13 x^{2} + 39 x - 13 - 5 x^{2} + 15 x - 50$
$\Rightarrow 8 x^{4} - 24 x^{3} + 62 x^{2} + 54 x - 18 = 0$ .
