Here firstly, right against exploitation is violated. As Munni is less than 14 years she is indulged in child labour. The right against exploitation prohibits child labour.
Also, the right to equality is violated. Here, there is discrimination on the basis of gender as Munni is paid less wages for the same work as done by her brother.
