The correct option is D both a and b
A muscle fibre is a cylindrical cell. It is lined by sarcolemma (plasma membrane). At some places, there are some invaginations of the sarcolemma; these invaginations form transverse tubules. Muscle fibres are multinucleated and hence are called syncytial. Endomysium is a layer of areolar connective tissue that lies on top of the sarcolemma. Muscle fibres combine to form muscle bundles. Multiple muscle bundles combine to form a skeletal muscle which is covered by a connective tissue called epimysium.
