They are also known as utricular gland and have a large number of white coloured tubules present just above the ejaculatory duct. This gland is located somewhere between the 6th and 7th abdominal segment and acts an accessory reproductive gland. The white coloured tubules are mainly of two types utriculi majors and utriculi breviores. The first one is longer in length and forms the inner layer of the spermatophore. The second one is shorter in length and provides nourishment to the sperms. So, the correct answer is option A.
