Let the number of oranges with me be x
Number of oranges with my friend = 2x3
number of oranges I havenumber of oranges my friend has=x2x3=23
3×x=2×(2x3)
3x=4x6
x=6
So I have 6 oranges.
My friend has 2x3=2×63=123=9 oranges.
