CHCl3/KOH is the reagent for carbylamine reaction. It is the reaction of a primary amine, chloroform and a base to synthesise isocyanides.
The carbylamine reaction cannot be used to synthesise isocyanides from secondary or tertiary amines.
Hence, 'A' is primary amine and 'B' is isonitrile.
Isonitrile is acid hydrolysed to give amine and acid.

Hence, option (c) is correct.
