The correct option is B
Compound A is aromatic.
Only amine group react with HNO2 to diazonium salt which is a unstabek compound.
Also, Sn/HCl will only reduce nitro group to amine.
Thus, compound A is an aromatic nitro compound.
Benzene diazonium salt with phenol undergoes coupling reaction to give diazo compounds.


Thus, option (c) is correct.
