If the denominator of a rational number is in the form 2n,5m or 2n×5m, then the rational number is terminating. Else it is a reccuring decimal.

In the given rational number 313, the denominator is 13 and it cannot be written in the form of 2n,5m or 2n×5m or both.

Hence, it will be a non terminating repeating decimal number.
