So, decrease in number of visitors = 600 - 240 = 360
Now, percentage decrease = $\frac{D e c r e a s e}{O r i g i n a l V a l u e} \times 100$
= $\frac{360}{600} \times 100 = 60 %$
Hence, percentage decrease in the number of visitors on the working day is 60%.
