The change in temperature per unit time is given by Newton's law of cooling which is,

Tt=average temp. and TS=surrounding temp.

61594=K(61+59230)...(1)

5149t=K(51+49230)...(2)

Divide equation (1) to (2),

t4=60305030=3020
