Given:
Signal frequency =100 MHz,
Peak voltage =100 V,
Carrier wave frequency =300 GHz,
Peak voltage of carrier wave =400 V,

As we know that,
Range of frequency =(fcfm) to (fc+fm)

Band width =2fm=2×100×106 Hz=2×108 Hz

Modulation index =AmAc=100400=0.25
