NaHCO3 is stable in solid and aqueous solution while LiHCO3 exists in aqueous solution but solid LiHCO3 does not exist.
This is because of its small size, high polarizing power and Li+ has high hydration enthalpy.Thus,Li salts are heavily hydrated and not exist in solid state.
