In order to find the nearest date she will attend all the three classes again after 1st April, we need to find the least common multiple of 6, 12 and 18.

The multiple of 6 = 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, ........ .

The multiple of 12 = 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84, 96, 108, 120, ........ .

The multiple of 18 = 18, 36, 54, 72, 108, , 126, 144, 162, 180, ........ .

The least common muliple of 6, 12 and 18 is 36.

The nearest date she will attend all the three classes again =
April 1st + 36 days = 6th May (Since April has 30 days)
