Ink stains can be removed using Oxalic acid $\left({\mathrm{C}}_2{\mathrm{H}}_2{\mathrm{O}}_4\right)$. This is a colorless solution. Cleaning and bleaching, especially for rust removal, are two of Oxalic acid's most common uses.
