Carbohydrates are converted into Sugars..Carbohydrates are digested by the enzyme, salivary amylase.
Protein are converted into Amino acids.Proteins are digested by the enzyme, pepsin.
Fats are converted into Fatty acids and glycerol..Fats are digested by the enzyme, lipase.
