1.Hypermetropia is also known as far-sightedness. In this defect, a person has a problem while seeing a nearby object.
2. Image formation takes place behind the retina.
3. When the refractive power of the lens becomes weak, the eyeball becomes short.
4. The convex lens helps to cure hyperopia by focusing an image on the retina.
