The correct option is C

The breastmilk produced in the initial days post delivery is the most important. It is a creamy yellowish fluid, known as colostrum, quite different from the milk secreted later. It is rich in calories and protein, and contains several antibodies, which protect the baby in its infancy, giving it resistance to infection while its immune system develops. The milk produced afterwards is rich in nutrients and is high in energy. This is why a woman is advised to exclusively breastfeed (even avoiding drinking water for the baby) her child for at least six months. No other form of nutrition, including baby formula, is as sanitary and nutritious as breastmilk.
