  3. There are acidic basic and salt form of weak electrolytes present and these are poor conductors of electricity as well.
  4. HgCl2,PbBr2, etc are weak electrolytes in the salt form and they only dissociate partially.

So, a salt which is a weak electrolyte is HgCl2.
