(i) A parasitic plant with yellow, slender and tubular stem – Cuscuta
The organisms that derive nutrition from the body of other living organisms (host) are called parasites. For example, Cuscuta is a parasitic plant with yellow, slender and tubular stem.
(ii) A plant that has both autotrophic and heterotrophic mode of nutrition - Pitcher plant, Venus flytrap
Autotrophs are organisms that can prepare food themselves, whereas, heterotrophs are organisms that take in ready-made food prepared by the plants. Some of the plants have both autotrophic and heterotrophic mode of nutrition, they are Pitcher plant and Venus flytrap.
(iii) The pores through which leaves exchange gases - Stomata
Stomata are tiny pores present on the surface of the leaves of plants. These pores are surrounded by guard cells. The carbon dioxide from the air is taken through these tiny pores to carry out the process called photosynthesis.
