Cryolite is a sodium aluminium hexafluoride salt. Its chemical formula is $N a_{3} A l F_{6}$ .It is made up of three elements: aluminium, sodium, and fluorine. The primary ore of aluminium is cryolite. These cryolite ores are coupled with earthy minerals, which are referred to as gangue.
