  1. We have three primary colours red, blue and green.
  2. When we mix the primary colour it will form white colour.
  3. But when we mix two primary colours it forms new colour it's called secondary colour.
  4. We have three secondary colours magenta, cyan, and yellow.
  5. Red + Blue = Magenta, Blue + Green = Cyan, Red + Green = Yellow.

Hence, a colour resulting from the mixing of two primary colours is called secondary colour.
