  2. The cost of every metal depends on its availability and the ease to obtain it.
  3. Aluminium (Al) a few years ago was so difficult to obtain because the extraction process was expensive, making its cost expensive.
  4. But now it is the cheapest metal since a better inexpensive extraction of Aluminum from its ore Bauxite(Al2O3) ore is present.

So a metal that was expensive a very hundred years but was cheap today is aluminium.
