  • The activites of testes and ovaries are controlled by the gonadotropic hormones, that indude the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinzing hormone (LH), and prolactin.
  • FSH stimulates the formation of eggs in females and sperm in males.
  • LH stimulates the formation of corpus luteum to prouduce progesterone in females and stimulates the testes to produce testosterone in males.
