Name the hormone that regulates the descent of testes into the scrotum

• The testis starts the development in the abdominal cavity but during the 7th month of the foetal life, they descend into the scrotal sacs in the presence of Testosterone hormone.
  
• The failure of this process is termed as Cryptorchidism. It results in sterility because the sperms require a temperature of 2 - 2.5 degrees Celsius lower than the body temperature for development which is not fulfilled inside the body.
