DEAR STUDENT,
The main organs of central government are as follows : -
----》LEGISLATURE: The legislature is responsible for making laws according to which a country is to be governed. In a parliamentary democracy like India, the legislature also holds executive for its functioning. The legislature also needs to approve all tax and expenditure policies of the government.
------》EXECUTIVE: The executive is responsible for implementing the laws made by the legislature. The executive also runs the day to day administration of the country.
-------》JUDICIARY: The judiciary is responsible for the interpretation of laws. It ensures that the functioning of the legislature and the executive is in accordance with the constitution. The judiciary is also responsible for passing judgements on criminal matters and deciding on appropriate punishment for breaking laws.
