Charge: There are in turn three subatomic particles namely: protons, electrons, and neutrons. Among these subatomic particles, protons and neutrons are the charged particles of an atom. While protons are positively charged, neutrons are negatively charged particles.

Mass Number - The mass number of an atom is the total number of protons and neutrons present in the nucleus of the atom. Mass number (A)= Number of protons + Number of neutrons.

Super-script number — these superscript numbers show their mass number

Subscript number — these numbers show their charge

Thus, in p+11 +1 is super-script and 1 is subscript
