The incident ray strikes face AB normally and passes undeviated to strike AC with an angle of incidence ${60}^o$ which is greater than the critical angle for glass i.e. ${42}^o$. Hence, it suffers total internal reflection. At BC it is again incident normally and hence emerges out along the same straight line.
