Solution
Vaporisation is the change of the physical state of matter from the liquid phase into its gaseous phase. It is the reverse process of condensation.
Condensation can be defined as the process through which the physical state of matter changes from the gaseous phase into the liquid phase. For example, the water vapor (gaseous state) present in the air touches the cold surface of the glass. As a result, the water vapor loses its energy and gets converted to water (liquid state). These water appear as water droplets outside the glass.
Hence, we can conclude that condensation is the reverse process of vaporisation.
