Solution
a) Respiratory organ of Mosquito is trachea. The air enters the respiratory system through a series of external openings which are known as spiracles. The external openings lead to internal respiratory system which consists of a dense network array of tubes called tracheae.
b) Respiratory organ of Earthworm is skin. Earthworm is aerobic and gaseous exchange takes place through general body surface. The skin remains moist due to moisture of soil, mucus secreted from epidermal gland cells and the coelomic fluid that oozes out from the dorsal pores.
