The three abiotic factors in the environment are inorganic substances, organic components, and climatic factors.

  1. Inorganic substances – includes oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, water etc.
  2. Organic components- includes proteins, fats and carbohydrates. This link abiotic components with biotic components.
  3. Climatic factors – are of two types ,atmosphere which includes temperature, light, and rainfall and edaphic factors which includes soil.

Thus, the three abiotic factors in the environment are inorganic substances, organic components, and climatic factors.
